The Thoroughbred Makeover 2023

October 11th through the 14th, 2023, The Retired Racehorse Project presented by Thoroughbred Charities of America organized the annual Thoroughbred Makeover at the stunning Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY. I had the opportunity to be one of the approved photographers for the event, and what a fun and amazing experience it was. The 4 days event was filled with so many beautiful horses and riders coming together to support the cause. Surrounded by the fall leaves for an even more spectacular backdrop, I had a blast witnessing how much more than being on a racetrack, these stunning animals are capable of, and truly enjoy their new path in life.
